Join Dr. R.C. Sproul on a unique study tour as he explores the major themes, events, and people that are brought to life in the Bible. Dust to Glory provides a panorama of biblical truth and a starting point to help you understand the content of the Bible. Dust to Glory can energize your study of the Bible, provide you with new insights, and improve your ability to read, understand, and apply Scripture to your life. The Prophets Speak of Him by Anthony Selvaggio - co-ed

The last 12 books of the Old Testament are collectively known as the Minor Prophets, not because they are unimportant but because they are brief. The class will cover one of these books each week for 12 weeks. The main theme of this course is to show how the Minor Prophets are the linchpin that link the two testaments, and demonstrate the ways that these books point directly and clearly to Jesus. This will be a class filled with memorable stories, loads of history, and a little bit of fun. Nahum, anyone?
Facilitated by Hank Henley in the Worship Center.

"I feel so overwhelmed."

Do you race from one thing to the next, unable to keep up with all the demands of your ever-growing to-do list? Are you overcommitted and overstretched, but don’t know how to slow down when the world just says to speed up? Is there any hope for rest in a world of never-ending demands?

Many women don’t realize they’re running at an unsustainable pace until it hurts them physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Drawing on many years of counseling and their own experiences of burnout, wife and husband team Shona and David Murray want to help you slow down to a more grace-paced life―enabling you to avoid the pitfall of burnout, cultivate sustainable habits for the future, and experience the rest of body and soul that God intends for you.

Youth Bible Study - youth

Bible Skills & Drills - Children 4 yrs - 6th Grade

The children are learning about the Bible. This includes memorizing the books of the the OT in order, memorizing various scriptures, learning where key Bible Passages (i.e.  the Great Commandments, etc.) are located and locating verses based on their "addresses" (i.e. John 3:16). They are also playing learning games.

Some example memorized verses include Deuteronomy 6:5, Proverbs 20:11, Psalm 19:14, Leviticus 22:31, and Psalm 54:2. Example key Bible Passages and their "address" include Creation (Genesis 1-2:3), Israelites leave Egypt (Exodus 12:37-42), Great Commandments (Mark 12:28-34), A Prayer of Forgiveness (Psalm 51) and The Comfort Chapter (John 14).

Anne Knowlton, Pam Dotson, and Dave Guiser enjoy teaching all the children.
