I'm New

Welcome

Welcome to Meek Baptist church.  We're glad you've chosen to find out more  about us!  We're a welcoming church family with members from many different church backgrounds.  Meek is a theologically conservative, emotionally expressive, mission-focused, and relationally interconnected church.  Our purpose is to love God and to love others as we focus on connecting and serving people in our community, regardless of their background.

Thinking about visiting Meek Baptist Church?

Here's what to Expect on a Sunday Morning:

9:30 AM – Coffee, Fellowship & Kid Check-In
Grab a cup of coffee or a snack and enjoy meeting others before the service begins. This is also a great time to beat the rush and get your children checked in at the MBC Kids check-in station. While you mingle, you can also see what’s happening at MBC by checking the announcements on the screens.

At Meek Baptist Church, the safety and well-being of our children and youth is a top priority. To help ensure a secure environment, background checks are required and performed on all volunteers serving in the nursery through youth ministries (newborn to 18 years old). We are committed to providing a safe, welcoming space for families to grow in faith and community.
9:50 - Nursery Care Opens
Nursery is available for little ones from birth through age 3 for the entire service.
As previously stated, to help ensure a secure environment, background checks are required and performed on all volunteers serving in the nursery.
9:55 AM – Countdown
You’ll notice a short countdown video that signals it’s time to wrap up conversations, finish refreshments, and make your way to a seat.
10:00 AM – Worship Through Song & Prayer
Our band and worship team lead us in Christ-centered, theologically rich songs designed to point our hearts toward God. You’re welcome to stand, sing, and worship in a way that helps you focus on Him.
10:20 AM – MBC Kids Dismissal
After the music, children ages 4 years through 6th grade are invited to MBC Kids for their own Bible lesson (except on Communion Sunday – the 4th Sunday of the month – when families worship together in the Worship Center).
Sermon
Pastor Corey shares God’s Word through expository preaching—teaching verse-by-verse through Scripture so we can understand the meaning of the text and apply it to our lives.
Response
We close with a final song and an invitation to respond to what we’ve heard, whether through prayer, commitment, or simply quiet reflection.
Announcements & Child Pick-Up
Before dismissal, a couple of quick announcements will be shared from the stage, and announcements will continue to scroll on the screens after service. If your child attended MBC Kids, be sure you have your pick-up slip ready and head directly to their classroom after the service to retrieve them.

We’d love to meet you this Sunday! Whether you’ve been in church your whole life or are just beginning to explore who Jesus is, you are welcome at Meek Baptist Church. Come join us as we worship God, grow in His Word, and build meaningful relationships together.
